Where do I begin?
To begin, simply fill out a contact form or send an email and someone will get back with you to set up your first appointment.
How do I pay for my services?
We accept most forms of payment – all debit/credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, or ApplePay. Superbills can be generated for insurance submission as requested.
Do you take insurance?
Yes and no. The office visits are cash pay but many of the labs and medication can be submitted through your private insurance, also a superbill can generated monthly as requested for HSA use. Some additional services are not covered by insurance. Check with your insurance provider.
